My name is Dayanara Vargas and I am a baker/cake decorator. I attended The Yorktowne Business Institute/ The School of Culinary Arts and obtained my Diploma in Professional Baking and Pastry. I also obtained my associate degree in business management.
The love for baking started over 10 years ago in my home kitchen. I love to showcase my artistic talents by utilizing my love for drawing and painting. It serves as a therapy for me which motivates me to try new things and create new products. The best part about this career is the joy and appreciation on customer’s faces when they receive their finished product. It warms my heart to know I can brighten someone's day just by doing what I love to do!
